The Tyrant

Down with the 'Tyrant'!
Echoed far and wide.
Down with the 'Tyrant'!
When good and evil collide.
Down with the 'Murderer'!
The orphans and widows cry.
Down with the 'Past'!
Says a country soaring high.
Off to the Gallows! Let no one be spared.
Off with their dignity! In shallow graves they shall lay.
Mangle their corpses with hate and retribution.
For all their crimes, murder and destitution.
From the ashes of their fate, shall be a new beginning.
One of hope, Of life, so said the joyous singing.
No more killing and no more graves.
Kill the 'Tyrant' for he is to blame.
Elite they felt the country of judges.
They verdict they passed in lands beyond their reaches.
Hippocrates we are and always have been.
By killing a man to stop the spree.
A scapegoat we needed for all our ills.
The 'Tyrant' we hung to hide our guilt.
Fated we are as mankind.
Only to realize our mistakes, those fallen two steps behind.

Sigmond ..Wishing the prince and the tyrant a good afterlife
